Triguna Kumar Sen (Ex. Minister of Education, Govt. Of India)
In order to remember that eventful day of 2nd December 1952, when Baba gave Public darshan in Delhi, a meeting was held at Lajpat Bhawan Hall in New Delhi which was inaugurated by Mr. Triguna Sen, Minister of Education and offered their flower of devotion by speaking with great fervour about the life and teaching of Meher Baba. Dr W. D. Kain read the message received from Baba.

Dr. Triguna Kumar Sen (24 December 1905 – 11 January 1998) was the 6th Union Minister for Education for the Government of India. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1965.[1] He was first Vice-Chancellor of Jadavpur University (from 1956 to 1966) and 11th Vice-Chancellor of Banaras Hindu University. He was a member of the Rajya Sabha from 1967 to 1974.[2] He was a member of Governing Body as a Guest lecturer for Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College ( Jadavpur).
